Registering on Your Home Finder is straightforward. Visit our sign-up page, fill in your details, and set up your account. Whether you are a buyer or a seller, you can start adding your property criteria or details right after your registration is confirmed.
Our search feature compares the specific property criteria buyers posted with the details sellers provided. When there’s a match between a seller’s property and a buyer’s criteria, the seller can initiate direct contact with the buyer through our secure platform. This ensures a focused and relevant connection tailored to the needs and offerings of both parties.
Sellers are required to pay a subscription fee to utilise our platform, which allows them to connect with potential buyers. There are no fees for buyers to use our service. Our pricing model is designed to save sellers substantial amounts compared to traditional estate agent fees, typically around 1.5% of the property’s selling price.
f your property doesn’t find a match immediately, there’s no need to worry. Your one-year subscription keeps your property active, and you will be alerted as soon as a buyer whose criteria match your property’s features registers on our platform.
